Let’s talk about your new kitchen backsplash, and let me share a secret that will shock you (at least it shocked me when I learned it).
The kitchen–it’s the room that you and your family see EVERY. DAY. And when you have guests, they see it, too. Most families spend as much (if not more) time congregated around the kitchen than in any other room.
For all of the improvements you can make in the kitchen–new appliances, new or repainted cabinets, new floor, new countertops, new lighting, new fixtures–changing your kitchen backsplash is likely the quickest and easiest change you can make. It’s often one of the least expensive.
And yet it makes the biggest impact!
How easy is it for you to have a new backsplash?
- I’ve never spent more than 2 days installing and grouting a backsplash. Normally it’s a day and a half.
- Even if you select a premium (READ: “expensive”) tile/glass/porcelain/stone for the backsplash, there’s very little square footage, minimizing your cost.
- And the shocking secret: It’s highly likely that I can install your new backsplash on top of the old one! No demolition, no new sheetrock . . . which translates to quicker and cheaper. I did it in my own home 7 years ago, and it looks as good as the day I installed it.
If you’re not doing back flips over your backsplash that doesn’t make a splash, this, friend, is just too easy to remedy. Get inspired at your local tile store, and email me today.
